Do you send a preview before printing custom pet portraits?

Yes. We create a digital preview of every custom pet portrait and only proceed with printing after you approve the design.


Can I request edits to my pet portrait?

Yes. Small edits are included to ensure your pet’s portrait looks just right before printing.


Can you include more than one pet in one portrait?

Yes, we can illustrate multiple pets in a single portrait. Additional pets may affect pricing depending on the product.


Photo Guidelines

What kind of photo works best for a custom pet portrait?

Clear, well-lit photos where your pet’s face is visible work best. Phone photos are perfectly fine as long as they are not blurry or heavily filtered.


Can I upload an older or low-quality photo?

We can work with older photos in many cases. If a photo is not suitable, we’ll contact you after reviewing your order.

How long does it take to receive a custom pet portrait order?

Portrait creation typically takes a few days. Once approved, printing and shipping take a few additional business days. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page.
